I am currently a Marketing Director at Flodraulic Group, Inc.  As a leading fluid power distributor with a focus on engineering and value-add services, we are always looking for new opportunities to extend the Flodraulic brand.  We service industrial and mobile markets and we have investigated green technologies and products to add to our portfolio.  I was recruited to research new markets and assess the feasibility of entrance.  I create capital budgeting and other financial models to determine potential growth.  I have also implemented a business intelligence program to measure financial and operating performance against internal metrics.  In addition, my responsibilities have included the following:

I began working for Muncie Power Products as an intern prior to graduating from Ball State in the fall of 2003.  I functioned as an export sales manager, where I handled sales and export issues specifically pertaining to Latin American accounts.  I began traveling to clients in Latin America several times a year and gain an outside perspective of international business relations.  Later, I began working with all of Muncie Power’s export accounts including those in Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim. I tracked sales performance of these accounts and developed client specific export procedures.  Prior to leaving Muncie Power, I was managing the inside sales staff.  I developed internal procedures and performance metrics as well as training programs.
